Students

Permits can be purchased by e-mailing Marylynn Newbrander at marylynn.newbrander@ucr.edu. Permits can be paid by cash, Visa, Mastercard or Student Business services.

Gold Permit

• Valid in Lot B all day; in Lot A after 4 p.m. only
• Quarterly permit: $84

Evening Only Permit

• Valid in Lot A or B after 4 p.m. only

• Quarterly permit: $30

UCR Extension Students

Please purchase your parking permit through UCR Extension at the time you enroll in your classes. You can also purchase a daily permit each time you are at UCR PDGC for $5 at the dispenser in Lot B.

Visitors

One Hour Spaces

Spaces are available in Lots A & B for one hour only. There is no charge for one hour visitor parking.

Daily Parking

Daily permits can be purchased at the permit dispenser which is located in the Palm Desert parking Lot B. The dispenser accepts only credit cards or ATM debit cards. The cost of a one-day permit is $5 (note: this is the only permit option available from the dispenser). The dispenser will issue a permit that you must place on the dash of your vehicle so that it is visible from your front windshield.

Special Events

Parking arrangements for special events can be made in advance through Ron Willison, Senior Events Manager, ron.willison@ucr.edu.

Faculty/Staff

Permits can be purchased by payroll deduction by filling out a TAPS payroll deduction form.
